Battlefield and Effigies

On the clan battlefield, you can customize the map. One of the options for customizations is to add power-up squares that boost a given stat. Edit the battlefield to add in squares that increase summoning and/or agility. Enter a battle and step on the power-up squares to receive the boost. Of course the correct permissions to start a battle and what not have to be in place. Just thought I'd give a heads up in case anyone didn't know this.

So basically boost to be able to do your effigies? I thought they disabled xp in battlefields, unless that was only for combat xp. Well if it does work better do it fast, I'm sure they will catch on ...eventually.

Anyone can initiate a battle on the battlefield. I have created a layout utilizing a lot of different options/features as a test model. Several types of power ups are already in place, along with many other features.
All are welcome to try the battlefield and help test things out.

Apparently the Boost actually does work for effigies. Supra used it just now.

The citadel battlefield power ups have opened new effigy possibilities for many! Several days ago, we contacted Jagex asking for guidance if they consider this an acceptable use of the power ups for effigy unlocking. No reply from Jagex. We therefore assume (hope) that this won't be considered rule breaking by Jagex. Therefore, we will continue to allow the use of power ups in the citadel battlefield. Hoewver, we ask you to use them at your own risk. If anyone hears of Jagex taking reprisals against accounts using the power ups for effigy unlocking, please let an Admin or Tamal know ASAP. Thanks.

It's possible to boost both agility and summoning 10 levels using this method, definitely worth using
