Clan changes
Admin are announcing some changes to the clan:
* There are no longer activity requirements for clan members to be a member, and you no longer need to attend "“official†events.. It is required that you login to the clan forums and gain some game xp within a consecutive four month period together. However, if clan size increases significantly and nears its maximum capacity (500 accounts), this policy will be revisited.
* Staff continue to be responsible for organizing and hosting planned clan events. Clan events will continue to be planned in advance and some will occur spontaneously. It's not required to monitor event attendance, but encouraged to track potential future staff members.
As always, non-staff clan members are encouraged to host events as well. See viewtopic.php?f=95&t=13886
Please note that this will be a learning experience for us all. If these changes don't work well, they can easily be revisited and changed later. For now, let's all be patient and give them a try.
Over the next few weeks, we'll be updating posts on the forums to reflect these changes. Please be patient with us.

Re: Clan changes
I wonder how the staff will know who's active or not. That would be my only concern. Maybe occasionally screenshot the clan chat every so often?

Re: Clan changes
With activity requirements removed, might I suggest sending a pm to Alums? I had no idea and that was the main reason I left

Alumni status is for those who don't play RS anymore. Your situation is unique.Imp334 wrote:With activity requirements removed, might I suggest sending a pm to Alums? I had no idea and that was the main reason I left

Re: Clan changes
I just noticed this change in the requirements, a tad late I know, but I'm very happy about it. I know I've mentioned the fact that I'm military before and this helps me a great deal. When I'm away from home I usually can't plan to be online during events or remember to do my 5 posts for obvious reasons. For awhile I've been debuting leaving the clan because of those reasons.
so anyway..
thanks guys!

Re: Clan changes
I appreciate this change. My availability to play is very sporadic lately and it's nice not having to expect a warning (though my past warnings were always very friendly and non-threatening, lol).
