If you have problems falling off logs, or other agility obstacles, turn run off and you will pass it gallantly. This works almost everywhere in the game.

If you nurture your kitten to maturity you can swap it for 200 death runes from the 'citizen' in West Ardougne.
As a cat owner it pains me to do this

Not sure if this is the correct topic (if not, feel free to split it off)...
I just found out (the hard way) that you can only save 10 Earned Spins on SoF. If you receive a random spin ticket after that, you will get a message that you just missed out on a free spin. Turning in a challenge is not possible when you have 10 Earned Spins.

Don't know if this is common knowledge, but there are two (at least) hidden rewards in the Diamond in the Rough quest, giving 20,000 mining and 20,000 agility xp respectively. Read the details here:

that there is a +10 boost in the battlefield of citadel for summoning, agility and magic - need a raise to open that effigy?

that Obsidian armor gives +10% accuracy while attacking as well as +20% damage reduction as well as stats equal to Torva armor while worn? [but you take x3 damage outside of the Tzarr volcano]

That you can repair your barrows or degradeable (fixable) equipment at more than 2 known places?
Bob - the axe seller in Lumbridge
Tindel Marchant - the weapon and armour repairman at Port Khazard
Dunstan - the smith in Burthorpe
Squire - in the workshop area of the Void Knights' Outpost
Armor Stand - Player owned houses workshop.

Even if you don't have the level requirements to take over the ownership of the port, you can still talk to Meg. Every Wednesday, a bumbling adventurer named Meg will show up in the port. She's read all about your adventurers, and wants to follow in your footsteps now - to say that she's a fan of yours would be an understatement.
Speak to Meg in port to offer her advice for her adventures. She will ask you three questions, and you will have to choose the most appropriate response to help her. Once you've answered all of her questions, she'll head back into the adventuring world to continue her journey.
After you've sent Meg off for the week, she'll be back on the next Wednesday to share her takings with you. This comes in the form of a treasure chest that contains some coins and an XP lamp, and the size of the lamp and coin rewards is based on how well you had previously answered her questions.
