The KoA Youtube Channel.

I was thinking that it would be a great idea to create a KoA youtube channel in which KoA members could create and post helpful Guides with commentary. These videos would then be posted on said channel and allow the rest of the RS community to gain from our wealth of knowledge while also promoting KoA.

Perhaps calling our educational skill guide series, "Project Educate".

I myself would gladly produce videos based on the skills in which I know very well.


How do you guys feel about this?

I do quite a bit of "How to" videos and i do my own commentary with them on my channel. I think it would be cool to make a KoA youtube that multiple people can access (People who make videos and will contribute to the channel only) and build up like a KoA Help with Runescape Channel. An entire channel of guides, and how to's that will be maintained and updated with the game. I agree with this 100%.

We could give them a rank thats called "Director" or something :):):)

I think all of the Guides should have relatively the same format/introduction
I highly recommend watching the example that I posted in Post 1 as well as other Project Marmot videos

I cant watch the videos atm, I'm not on free internet download time.

Also I was thinking with various directors in KoA, they all have the same introduction to an extent. Like a "KoA title shot" that the viewer sees, then a customized intro that the maker of the video puts in. Like my videos have an intro song and title I put in. Then the video continues with a commentary and guide or "how to" of whatever the video was about.

I was wondering if someone could put together a sort of "KoA Clan Icon" in which could be posted on every video that is large enough to be a center piece in an introductory shot.

I was thinking something along the lines of "KoAClan.Info"

Oh so we do have a youtube. Hasn't been updated since 09...

I still like the Directors idea. Let a selected few be people who watch over the channel and post videos and stuff and keep it updated with the game.
