Runescape Daily To-Do Guide

Post by madymonkey » Tue Aug 10, 2010 2:43 am

I have been playing Runescape on and off for 8 years and its inevitable that when I return, I forget how to do certain tasks in the game. So, recently I created a simple guide I can follow at least once a day, to take advantage of free, cheap items and easy experience. To many of you, this daily routine is like second nature. But if there is anyone else like me, this guide is enormously helpful.

*If I made a mistake, please post to clarify. I will then update. :)
**If there is any other Daily task I skimmed over, again, please post so I can update!

Thank you!

While collecting pineapples from Del Monte in Brimhaven I pick fruit from the fruit tree just to the north and have the leprecaun note them then collect more pineapples near the house tele, another 25 pineapples, then I go to Tai bwo wannai village and have the leprecaun note these as well before picking calquats. Together making the total from Brimhaven: 65 pineapples, 6 fruits and 6 calquats.

You might note that 20 more battlestaves can be collected from Yabba Gabba on Moonclan island (chicken house).

You may also include food stuffs from the culi chest in/under Lumby castle for those that have started/completed the quest "Recipe for disaster".

Ohhhh, I didn't know about the bird meat, Thanks!

I also collect lots of vials from both Shilo Village and Arddy general store. A lot cheaper than the GE!

Nice guide Madyson and thank you :)

I do daily two evil trees (whenever I can). Free 10k+ fm xp per tree, wc xp and around 10k + depending on logs, cash and seed rewards. Sometimes we get tooth halves too.

As a weekly activity, familiarisation is pretty useful too --> Triple charm drops for 40 minutes at waterfiends.

Lol Scootchy. That is me lots of the time.

Thanks, Mady and all for the good ideas. I never have to say I have nothing to do.

I also like to go to Port Sarim and buy 1000 feathers in the fish shop. Helps fletch all those bolts I am making to get rocks.

Has anyone mentioned crates of vials from Taverly herb shop?

I guess this is why I'm not good at this game, haha. I can never follow a routine I set for myself. I've tried many times, but I find dailies so boring. And that's not why I play this game.

Thank you for writing this guide. Now that I know I'm missing this much stuff, maybe I'll find some motivation!
