There has been a bit of discussion regarding Bork (the NPC ) as of late so I figured I'd post a couple of links to some information about it.
They are not mine but they are pretty informative.
Must do this first:
The Hunt for Surok Mini-quest:
http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=Hunt_For_Surok.htm
After finishing the mini-quest you can visit Bork daily for less experience but same drops:
Bestiary Information on Bork:
http://www.tip.it/runescape/?rs2monster_id=1120
Notes:
1. When returning to Bork after the mini-quest, you do not need to traverse the entire chaos tunnel route. Go to the South Western entrance (Gargoyles - Room 44 on the map from the guide - the entrance is just north west of Edgeville) and follow the path from there.
2. ALWAYS bring fire protection as you need to go through a Bronze dragon area.
3. It resets every day 12am GMT.
I personally kill Bork every day I can for the charms.
Good luck and go kill Bork now!

Re: NPC Bork Guide
When doing Bork on a daily basis, I always keep the Chaos Tunnels map handy because sometimes the portal takes you somewhere you didn't expect and you need to find your way back to the path to reach Bork.
