I was going to screenshot them but when you hit a soft hit on 2, the chat box message says 'you hit a medium hit (2)'

I am 100% I am on soft and not medium as well haha

Yeah sometimes it happens. But really not that often. I have had it maybe 3 times now in more than 2.5m experience.
