Riddles

I'm at work and don't have much time to read all these so i hope this hasn't been done:

You are trapped in a room with 2 doors, one has death and the other paradise. You can ask ONE door only ONE question and it will answer you... The catch is one door will tell the truth and the other will LIE and there's no way to tell them apart. What question can you ask to get to freedom? (there is an answer)

So...these are talking doors? Hmmm....can I just throw my voice and make them argue on how to cook me until the sun comes up and they turn to stone?

Oh wait...I'm still in the same spot if they are stone doors aren't I ?

I know the answer, but won't spoil it. But that is a clue to help others ;)

My guess would be to ask either door what the other one would say is the door that leads to freedom, and then I would take the opposite door.

Reason being..

The liar door will say the wrong door because it lies.

The honest door one will say the wrong door because it knows the lying door will lie.

Therefore they both will say the wrong door
