Way to be descriptive deputy(valadara), I think everyone knows exactly which quest you are talking about, but just for arguments sake what part(s) of what quest(s) sparked this paticular statment?

Thats because Romeo and Juliet quest doesn't exist so you cannot start it in varrock square anymore. Not sure if that helps :\ They did make a replacement quest for it though thats kinda similar! :-D
