Dr Brad maxed all skills today

Hi.

I will max out with prayer at the citadel keep at 1:30 pm Eastern Time today. (6:30 GMT or 12:30 CST/10:30 PST)

After getting 99 prayer, will tele to east Varrock in search of Max.
