In short, you can sell noted seconds to a shop and buy back unnoted. The obelisk is smack dab next to the shop. Rinse and repeat.

Too bad you have to already be 99 to do it with the steel titan like he did. Would this work with other seconds? Does what the seconds are even matter?

It will work with any buyable seconds. Note that the cost incurred is very high.

I could see this being something they thought about. JaGex seems to like putting in things that make it easier for you if you want to pay a bunch extra.
