temple of light teleport????

i have been trying to get a teleport crystal charged with the temple of light option. I'm sure its something simple that I am not doing. when I take an empty crystal to eleund and have it charged it only gives me lleyta and the 8 priff choices. on wiki I saw there is an option to teleport to the temple of light option. any suggestions?

I have that location on my crystals, I didn't do anything special to get it. Prob a daft question but have you done that quest for the Temple of Light? (Within the Light) I will have a read up and if I find anything I'll post it, sorry I'm not much help. Try asking in cc maybe? 
Edit: Also found this - Players may have to speak to Islwyn within Prifddinas (not via the NPC contact spell) if their crystal teleport seed is missing any right click options that should be unlocked. This will only work when carrying one seed, carrying multiple seeds will prevent the teleport from being added.

Well I figured out there is a quest called "within the light" and a quest called "the light within"(which I haven't done). I'm assuming I need to the light within....

Within the Light
Additional rewards/activities
The ability to add a choice of destination to your crystal teleport seeds. Talk to Eluned in Isafdar during or after the quest with one fully charged crystal teleport seed in inventory. The teleport can't be added if you are carrying more than one crystal teleport seed. The crystal teleport seed will acquire the ability to teleport to a safe area in front of the Temple of Light, in addition to its original Lletya teleport.
