I noticed I still had 3 auras left in bank after the update and found this on RSOF which should explain why for anyone else wondering.
To clarify the questions posted why some auras are not included. Below you can read a clarification from Mod Edge:
''Hey some auras are indeed not included for technical reasons and design reasons. For example oddball. Its the only toggle aura without a cool down and duration. It would not behave nicely with the system so its excluded.
There is only a few auras that have been excluded.
- Hellion aura
- Dungeoning aura
- Desert pant aura
- oddball
- Old retired auras''

Re: Aura Bag update
I found I had Dungeoneering and Enlightenment left in my bank.
I also found that the aura interface is accessed from a button on the worn items tab.
(Was not able to find it while being piled by aggressive black demons)

Re: Aura Bag update
Checked up on the illumination aura and that will come under old retired auras I think as it is only usable for a short part of the year.
Runewiki says:
Illumination aura is a legendary aura that is usable from 1 June to 8 September annually, boosting all base experience gained by an additional 10% while active; 100% on every fifth activation of the aura. The aura can be activated for up to an hour each day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. It stacks with bonus experience, pulse cores, clan avatars, and the wise perk.
Hope that 'illuminates' things
Edit: just seen this on Twitter, and Illumination aura has been put into aura management interface:
