Donating Rune Coins

I just happen to have 4 spare rune coins rolling around my account doing nothing.

And at the moment there is the Gielinorian Giving Event which apparently allows you to donate rune coins to the good cause.

Recent Runescape Facebook post says: "You can donate RuneCoins in-game now to support Gielinorian Giving."

I had a look and I didn't see how.
All I see is that if I buy this cape in Solomn's store that gets donated.

Am I missing something? Anyone know a way to actually donate smaller amounts of rune coins?

Nor sure as yet but will try and find out unless anyone else knows the answer

I completely gave up. I assumed it would be the well by the GE, but that didn't work. I ended up getting the cape in the end. But it does come across like its an option to give runecoins, but I couldn't find a way.

I've given up too and just donated real money to Mind.
I don't need another cape and my RS gp are too important.
