Hey all - tried to log into runescape and they say my account is locked. does anyone know if my account has been logged in today or yesterday?

Yay, i got my account back, did not have any correspondence from Jagex, but tried to change my password today and it let me change it then log on=]
It seems like somebody has tried to 'recover' my account

Wow that's scary! If you have one - change your bank pin. Also, set up your JAG (Jagex Account Guardian). :)
