You can go to the Runecrafting Guilde and ask Wizard Elriss for another omni talisman for free (that is what I did to get mine to put in my hood). if you already have wicked hood you don't need a omni tiara any more since the hood will work as one (if you used your omni on it)

Just wanted to point out that I find using the free runes on fire runes daily is useful for when I do ZMI, then I have a ton of extra fire runes that I don't have to buy .

I use the hood for RC exp every day...2 tele's to the Blood Altar with pouches and 100 extra ess from the hood! An easy 2k exp.
Even better is using it while doing zmi altar. You can use the tele to quickly change spellbooks at Astral Altar, and take the free 100 runes while standing at the ZMI altar for maximum exp. Love it!
