When to use prismatic pendants

Now that boosts (lamps, prismatics, etc.) can be used for Divination, we were discussing the prismatic pendants in CC.

According to the Jagex wiki: "XP is limited to 120K for normal pendants and 240K for prized pendants."

I'm 92 Div and charged up a prized prismatic pendant. I received 63,497 Div XP......XP waste! (instead of 240K)

I will wait until higher Div levels before using any more prismatic pendants!

Those figures aren't correct actually, not sure why they'd even state that.

I'm not sure I understand completely, there's a cap to the amount of bonus xp you can have stacked up per skill?
Or are pendants supposed to have different xp values now than before?

Div went pretty fast to me, I'd much rather use them on slayer or agility.

I'm eyeballing it, but it seems that lvl 92 on is a decent place to start using them.
