Armour offensive/defensive update advice

Just thought everybody can post their findings on the update to armour offensive and defensive points...........?
I found today that some armour I would usually use on certain monsters/bosses to be virtually lethal or suicidal lol and wondered if everyone can contribute what they find is usable/workable or just plain good for what they use it on etc.
Like before I was soloing Armadyl wearing full pernix and Zaryte bow, with overloads and prayer renewals only........I really wouldn't advise anyone now to do this as you get battered.......so all ideas please post ........

P.s. Keep things factual so we can all learn from this. I will try and experiment on a few different monsters and set-ups to help guide others along.

Yeah... I heard some really bad things like 4 nex spawning at a time so I'm holding off on combat until this stuff gets fixed.

I did OBD in bandos and went thru a whole inventory of food for one kill.....went back in veracs....much better! Got 4 kills..not as good as before but definitely better.

The one think I did also notice was my prayer drained with penance a lot more as I wasnt getting the hits I had previously gotten!

Hey all, I just watched a pretty informative vid on youtube by British scapers.

Basically he breaks down the new combat and armors with graphs and rs pics.
Seems to make some sense.
