Help please

Sorry this isn't an application but there aren't many other places I can post.
I need to speak to Neltak (runescape name) about mechanical engineering since I need to choose which type of engineering to specialise in soon. He's inactive on runescape so I thought I'd be able to message him here but there is no koa account called Neltak so if anyone could give me his koa name it would be very appreciated.
I hope you guys can help instead of just moving this.

We do know important a career is. But you must understand that we have no idea who you are and we are not about to give out his account name without his permission. You could be someone that wants his account for yourself for all we know.

The easiest way possible...I told him. We've been friends pretty much since I started playing RuneScape.

And also that isn't my career, I simply studied it for three years before having a change of heart.
