Response: Yes, while my job keeps me rather busy I plan on holding to this and giving advanced notice if I"ll be taking a break from the game.

The sig posted on your clan application is to get the required views to activate your runetrack account without anyone having to click anything. All of this is optional but if you choose to use a signature for your forum posts they can be updated by clicking the "user control panel" link(top right of page) then clicking "profile" (left side of page) an finally clicking "edit signature".
