all my goals came at once

Well, I hit 2250 total, 88 summoning and 135 combat all with an untrimmed hp cape.

The bit question is what next? Do I go for 2300 with untrimmed, or just max out my melee stats (as they are all at 98 anyway)? Will certainly make training summoning, pray and slayer a lot easier when i'm not having to mage/range everything...

Any advice welcome

I´d go for max out melee.. In the future you have to give up your untrimmed cape anyway when you max out other skills.
but it´s up to you of course

There isn't really much diffrence between 98 and 99 in a combat skill, other than maybe using the Sag Bow in Dung or something. The question is what you value more, the untrimmed HP cape (like mine ) or the 99's. If you are unsure, why not enjoy the HP cape for a while, then decide later. You can always get the other 99's, but you can never get the untrimmed HP cape back!

You may wish to get the second one quickly though, as I found walking around with an untrimmed cape attracted abuse from 13 yr olds.

After about a week of it, I wasted some penguin points to get the second melee cape just to shut them up!

Grats! As a personal opinion I don't actually like the untrimmed hp cape, hence I would go for another cape to get your trim.

Not that I will ever be in that situation ofc
