48 hours of double xp spread all over 10 days
"Any time you log into RuneScape over that period, your XP timer will start ticking, and your remaining time can be checked in the menu whenever you like."
RESTRICTIONS
"The Double XP LIVE boost is not applied to the XP earned through the following items or activities:
Archaeology
Assist system
XP lamps
Tomes of experience
Ectofuntus
Cremation
Dragon rider amulet
Auto-sanctifiers
Brawling gloves
Player-owned house altars
Wilderness Chaos altar
Dungeoneering wildcards
Sacred clay
Urns
Ancient effigies
It also does not apply to XP rewards given on hand-in for the following activities:
Quests
Daily Challenges
Jade Vine
Strange and golden rocks
Other Distractions & Diversions
Harvesting animal produce from Player-Owned Farms
It does not apply to XP awarded on hand-in of points or tokens. Examples:
Slayer point rewards
Brimhaven Agility Arena tickets
Dungeoneering tokens
The Invention skill benefits differently to others:
Item XP is gained at +50%
Making items on a workbench (charge packs, siphons etc) gives +50% improved XP
Disassembling random items (logs, potions etc) will give +50% improved XP
Disassembling/siphoning equipment does not give improved XP
Ironman accounts do not receive an XP boost on Double XP Weekend.
Finally, while stored Bonus XP itself is not boosted, it is still awarded alongside the boost from Double XP Weekend. So a member training a skill with stored Bonus XP on Double XP Weekend will receive +200% base XP."

ADDENDUM: DOUBLE XP TIMER TOGGLE
"We all want to make the most of our extra XP, right? And that can sometimes make the downtime between grinding feel a little wasteful. But waste no more thanks to the introduction of a timer toggle!
Players can now hit pause on their 48 hour Double XP entitlement whenever they wish, meaning they can safely go about preparing for their next skilling marathon without their bonus time whittling away.
Tread carefully, however – after toggle you will not be able to change it again for another hour. So think ahead!
Pauses are indefinite and persists across log-ins, but if the Double XP time remaining is equal or greater than the amount of time left in the event, your pause will be deactivated. Your Double XP timer will no longer disappear after you've used up all of your Double XP entitlement".
Once again, we are going to have a friendly clan skill week competition lasting the whole 10 days.
You can train whatever skill(s) you want, use up all your allotted dbxp and then add all the normal xp you can cram in and at the end we will see who will be the craziest clannies!
The event will start on August 7th at 12:00 (noon) gmt and it will end on August 17th at 12:00 gmt.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1) Log out before the event, so that the high scores are updated and the tracker can take an accurate snapshot.
2) Abide by Jagex and KoA rules!
3) Don't change your name from now until the end! The tracker will get confused. You will also jeopardize your precious stat increments.
4) Remember to activate your weekly buff at the avatar habitat in the citadel.
5) There will be tons and tons and tons of portables on different worlds at ex CA(Combat Academy) in lummy or other spots , you can check the Friend Chat 'Portables' for these locations or on discord we have a bot that will tell you some of their locations with the command !portables.
