only a few upgrades are left only 5 empty spaces left for statues bushes and fountains then some of the simple and med items can be upgraded. (At the time they where build we didn't have access to the grand versions) As for the keep only one grand upgrade is left for the fireplace but holding off on that because it needs 50k logs 5k stone and 25k p bars
