Had a bit of a struggle finding something with cloth - couldnt so decided on Ornate Melee Pillar. I'll have a better look through all the upgrades to see if I can find a better option for when bandos statue is complete to cover some of the other stuff people like to work on..
for now please push like crazy on this dragon

Maybe we should start locking the cloth once it reaches capacity? I don't tend to see this happen with the other resources but this seems pretty consistent with cloth. I know it's good to let people train the skills they need, but it does come at a cost of wasting manpower (or womanpower).
