Wow! Can you believe we've been doing this for 50 weeks?! The "manipulation" of goals last week had little effect on focusing efforts on the dragon so we're going back to our normal upkeep + all upgrades goals. If you want to help out with the dragon then make precious bars or rations.

What should I do?
We need to gather enough resources to meet upkeep requirements, then start working on customizations. Check the goals in-game to see the up-to-date status. Gather 10% of your cap at the Obelisk if you need the Summoning XP. We need precious ore/bars more than normal ore/bars or stone!

It's a shame that ore is wasted every week.

Old chestnut but why are people continuing to mine Precious Ore and, to a lesser degree, Ore when we have huge amounts of a surplus! If you are simply after the experience mining stone gives you just as much exp and is just as quick as other ores. Yes, the upgrade require 64k precious bars but there i no point in over-mining if there is no prospect in it being smelted into bars, i.e. there is charcoal, people and time to do so. It is still my opinion that the Citadel is a Clan thang, we are working towards upgrades and therefore a degree of team work and consideration is required. There are many ways of getting peronal exp outside the citadel. I know I will happily work on a skill in the Citadel that I am already maxed in just to help us get to our goals as that is what Citadel is all about. We have been fortunate to be allowed a "free hand" in the past as many plots could have been locked down, not allowing the choice of using them, a lot sooner than they have. Come on folks, a bit of Clan Consideration goes a long way. *Sat steps off soap-box and waits outside*

I tend to lock stone after we gather more than we need… with a surplus of stone it's guaranteed to be wasted, with a surplus of precious ore there is a slight chance that someone will come along and smith it, then we can use it!
