I have another dumb question on the citadel build ticks, but if we have capped for the week does that mean that we are done helping reach the goals? Or am I able to still get xp by working in the citadel?

capping means that you have worked toward 2700 resources. The clan can gather resources after upkeep has been met but the resources do not go toward anything just exp for those you want it.
