We'll need to set up some form of Battlefield Etiquette.

For starters, please don't edit Layout C since that's the one downloaded from the J-Mod. We'll replace with the next J-Mod battlefield and so on.

An on the fly suggestion might be. Layout A could be for testing purposes and anyone could edit. Layout B could be reserved for final products and event purposes. Perhaps even having to be reserved to use it?

Just an idea.

When ppl "initiate" a battle, they'd be more likely to go to the first one on the list = Layout A.

Therefore, let's do the following:

Layout A = KoA Battlefield -- ready for use
Layout B = KoA Battelfield -- design only
Layout C = JMod Battlefield -- ready for use (loaded and saved from Jagex, "Example - Read Only")

For annoucing battlefield access/changes, post to this thread

When you design a battlefield, please always include the following two power ups:

1) Summoning
2) Agility

This way fellow clannies can use the battlefield to unlock ancient effigies.

Battlefield C has been replaced with Mod Timbo's Christmas battlefield.
Mod Timbo returns to create a Christmas themed battlefield just in time for the holiday season! The battlefield is laid out like a Christmas tree from the top down and is just as devious to navigate as a real Christmas tree is to decorate!

It's a team battlefield in which both teams are trying to lock up the opposing team's present. This present, the opposing team's flag, needs to be locked in the highest place they can think of - the bauble atop the tree. On each level of the tree's branches, there are a number of obstacles and challenges to overcome to reach the top. Not only that, but the Tree's Warriors, Rangers and Mages have awoken to stop you from desecrating their tree.

Once you have trapped enough presents at the top, or slain enough of the opposite team, you are the victors and you have ruined Christmas for the opposing team!
Once you "initiate" a battlefield, the recommended settings are the default settings except:
Multiway Combat
Enable PvP: Yes
Reward for killing players: 1 point
Team vs team: Enforced
Battle ends when a team scores: 50 points
Battle ends after: 15mins
When time is up, winner is: Team with most points
Players with flags or balls may be tackled: Yes

Once we acheive a higher battlefield tier, we'll have 4 battlefields (A-D) and therefore an additional battlefield.

I've added a recently-created, Jagex-supplied Battlefield -- Mod Poppy's "Valentine's Battlefield"

To access it, simply go to the Citadel, visit the Battlemaster, choose "Initiate-Battle", and then select Layout C.

All settings default except:

Multiway Combat
Enable PvP: Yes
Reward for killing players: 1 points
Reward for flag capture: 3 points
Battle ends when a team scores: 100 points
Players with flags or balls may be tackled: Yes

Mostly used for +10 summoning & agility boosts useful for unlocking effigies... or goofin around.
