Are there any other Citadel-esque plans for clans? (And/or an update to the Citadel itself?)
We are not planning any "“Citadel-esque†type enhancements for clans currently, or substantial updates to the Citadel itself.
Has there been any internal JMod discussion on potential future citadel updates (plots, tiers)? Anything you're able to share with us?
There are always lots of discussions but no current plans.
We are getting a lovely citadel XP rework soon (yay squirrels!), but are there any plans to fix some plots functionability such as the kiln plot middle barrier?
Those kinds of changes are on our wishlist but they are not currently priorities and so are therefore not pipelined.
Will we be able to update the citadel battlefield to make it so people use it more often?
There are no plans to make updates to the battlefield – why do you feel it is not being used now?
When will we see an overhaul of the clan citadel?
This is not something currently planned
when can we see some new plots in the citadel?

will the kiln ever get a rewite to remove the middle bit to make it eaiser to use the plot? if possible will we be getting it any time soon? 2014?

No – none currently planned.
Can it be made possible for our teleport keybind to activate the citadel teleports interface when we're in clan citadels, instead of the surface world teleports interface?
