Where to get clan cape and vex

Clan cape and vex can both be received in the clan camp.
A few ways of getting to the clan camp
Tele to crafting guild and running east
Tele to Rimmington house portal and running north
Home tele to Port Sarim then run north and slightly west.
Use captains log to tele to player owned ports and run west
Clan cloak
Speak with Captain of the Guard
Clan vexillium
Speak with Scribe
