New home worlds W64 + W82

After examining the results from This poll we have decided to allocate 2 home worlds for the clan. For events we will leave it up to the host to decide which world is best for them. For weekly events (Stealing Creation and Dungeoneering) we have decided to try alternating between the 2 worlds.

The home world could change in the future if we can find a better suit for everyone.

So the new KoA home worlds are World 64 and World 82.
