So the clocks went back in the UK last night - changing from BST to GMT. (Loving the extra hour)
North America will change next weekend (2nd November)

Sunday, March 8, 2015: 2:00 AM forward to 3:00 AM
North Americans move clock forward 1 hour changing from Standard Time to Dayligh Savings Time (DST).
Sunday, March 29, 2015: 1:00 AM forward to 2:00 AM
UK moves clock forward 1 hour changing from GMT to BST.

Sunday, October 25, 2015: 2:00 AM back to 1:00 AM
UK moves clock back 1 hour changing from British Summer Time (BST) to GMT.
Sunday, November 1, 2015: 2:00 AM back to 1:00 AM
North America moves clock back 1 hour changing from Daylight Savings Time (DST) to Standard Time (EST, CST, etc.)

You really expect me to know this? I know when the times have changed when I look at my cell phone and see something that does not match what is on the microwave. I just moved from Eugene, Oregon to Bethany Beach, DE. That is 3000 miles and 3 time zones. I am still in jet lag from that. Sort of. When you drive the whole distance it really isn't that big of a deal, I guess. Nevertheless. time is an abstraction that I deal with very reluctantly. I get up when the daylight comes through the window and I go to bed when my fingers no longer function well on the mouse.
