IMPORTANT!
In order for times to be right on the calendar, everyone must make sure that their timezone and Summer Time/DST settings are accurate.

You can check/change your settings here: http://www.koaclan.co.uk/forums/ucp.php?i=165

A quick way to confirm that your settings are correct is to look in the upper right corner of the forums (under "User Control Panel") where it says "It is currently January 12th, 2010, 12:49 pm" and make sure it matches your local time.

i have my timezone set for central time and it says 6:19 PM when it is actually 5:19 PM here
oops my bad I had to set summetime off, my apologies

Adjust the summer time (DST) there is a box under the menu for time zones :)
