I believe in second chances but how do we know he wont report someone again?
Reporting clan members ruin the fun clan atmosphere and makes everyone suspicious of each other...IMO reporting a  clan member is worse than rwt or breaking any of Jagexs rules except rl threats and stuff.  I mean if we cant trust members in our own clan what good is it associating with them?

First off, the staff enacted a rule about reporting clan in clan chat. Secondly, he apologized and admitted that it wasn't a mistake. That implies that he won't do it again.

Yeah well I guess we still wont know if he'll do it again will we?  Past behavior is a good indicator of future behavior.....but I'm new to the clan and dont know either of the ppl involved so take my opinion for what its worth I guess.

That's ok. The two ppl involved are also fairly new to the clan, so it's a bit of trial and error on everyone's part, including us.

OK this vote has run it's course now, The clan has decided Lye should stay by a majorirty 7-2 with 7 abstains. About 40% of members voted.

Please consider this matter dropped now, and do not hold it against either party.

The new rules will be posted tomorrow.

The decision is that reporting another clan member will in future lead to an instant ban.

That if any member has an issue with the conduct of another member to discuss it here. Firstly by PMing a member of staff. Breaking of certain RS rules or our rules will result in removal from KoA.
