Clan Rule changes.

The following 3 rules have been removed:
The first rule removed is covered by Jagex terms and conditions.
The second doesn't really need a specific rule.
The third - The no reporting clan members rule was brought in to protect members from Jagex rules which were very restrictive on what could or could not be said in the CC. In the intervening years Jagex has since lightened these rules greatly and far better reflect what we feel is acceptable behaviour within the clan. You should still report these issues to staff/admin, however we no longer feel that it is necessary for the clan to break Jagex rules to "protect" clan members.
As for botting specifically, the admin team DO NOT have the ability to investigate such cases, Jagex do. If you feel someone is botting report them.
- Bets/wagers between clan members is discouraged. However, if betting occurs, it should involve items of nominal gp value. It should never involve real life items.
- Passive recruiting allowed to competing mediums and specialist clans only - via PM
- Generally we say no reporting KoA members ingame. We deal with rule breaking internally. Report by PMing an admin. However the Admin Team does not have the expertise to fully investigate and adjudicate botting charges so if botting concerns arise, clan members may decide to report their concern to Jagex directly. In most cases, the Admin Team will not investigate such charges.
