Should KoA have a Junior clan?

Junior clan being of combat level or skill level as oppose to age.

A future poll will be made if the vote reflects that we should have a junior clan. To determine levels.

Junior Clan's usually die out after awhile from what ive seen, but i did see afew survive, so im going too have too abstain on this vote.
