Another adult clan has recently been compromised.

A message was sent to all members asking them to vote for the clan on a phishing site. Several of their members had their accounts compromised by doing so.

There is no evidence to suggest anyone is currently trying to do similar with our site and we will as usual strive to maintain security of the site and your accounts.

For reference we do not and will not send you links to sites external to KoA. We do not send group messages to all clan members. The only time we send group messages is for those who appear in our activity checks. If you ever receive a message from staff or admins of KoA they should only ever have links to the KoA website in them. Clan members are unable to send group messages.

Also always keep your anti virus and anti spyware up to date. I'm sure all of you have heard not to use the same password for everything, that would mean a lot of passwords, instead try to just use a different password for the important stuff RS WoW and my bank all have there own password, everything else is one of 2 I always use.
