NOTICE TO THE CLAN ABOUT SWEEPS

Usually, we do a sweep every month. I personally check clannies who haven't been active in 4 months and send out messages to them, before deactivating their accounts here and kicking them from the clan.

The last couple of years or so I haven't been doing regular sweeps, because of covid first, laziness on my part and finally because of the demise of Runeclan.
Now, I will do a big sweep at the end of 2023.

I will consider inactive all the clannies who were last active on 2 Jan 2023, the date everybody was added to Runepixels .
I will not be sending out messages, unless somebody has been active on Discord, here or the inactive account is an alt of an active clannie.
I will probably spare a number of clannies based on arbitrary reasons.
I will complete the sweep by the end of Jan 2024.

From now on, sweeps will probably be yearly or biannual.

PS: the door to the Clan is always open if somebody who has been swept wants to be added back.
