Changes to Alumni requirements.

The requirements of the Alumnus group have been lowered:

Greater access to the forums.
The alumnus previously had very little access to the forums, barely more than a registered user. If former members wish to post on our forums or keep up with what is going on, they are more than welcome to do so.

Access to the CC.
CC access will no longer be removed, however Alumni will be lowered in rank to recruit meaning they will be unable to access the Clan Citadel &/or Summon / make use of the clan avatar.

Requirement dropped from 2 years to 6 months.
Requirement should be based on clan activity whilst in the clan, not longevity.

Forum activity requirements removed.
Alumni members should be able to return when able not to meet a target.
