I'm unable to assist in any of them, but when you get to the end you get a dragonkin lamp (similar to a normal exp lamp) which you can use on any skill, the exp depends on the level of the skin you choose.

Personally I really don't care if all of the admins are women, or if they are all men, all American or all non American, you seem to have the right people in the right roles and I think that is all that matters.
