Dragon chain has been rebounding from the GE dip. I just put mine up at max (~9.2m). I'm not particularly attached to it, but if it sells, great.

I think the one I got was from lesser demons. Nothing too special about the whole thing other than if you've completed all the champion challenges than you've done something that 99.9999% of RS players haven't done.
