Tip, when you have a pheromone in your inventory before spawn, you can manipulate its spawn type by changing your main hand weapon. Range araxxor is undeniably the weakest of the 3 effect wise.

I never use EE :p My inv and fam setups have changed a bit now. I bring less super restores, less brews and more rocktails. Anyway, I don't use penance aura so my prayer goes down rapidly. I don't either :P I use double vamp. scrimshaw and aura, but you'll work out how many pots feel good to you. :)

Testing the Noxious Scythe out at Araxxor. I couldn't find any videos of people using it...so I tried it for myself.

I would highly suggest bringing Fremminik boots 4 if you have them. They note some of the drops from the kings as well as give bonus damage against them. A balmong is the best melee weapon you can use there. I would also bring multiple familiar pouches since the kings don't spawn all that fast.
