Lower level items will give higher junk (such as terrorbird pouch, will have maybe 25-30% junk. While Steel titan has 0%) I can't really say which is best as it depends on your price range. If you have 30-40million to blow on supplies then you can go for unicorn/titan pouches for Powerful Components...
