I'm wondering what everyone is going to do to prepare for the return (which I really do think is already determined). What do you think will be hot sellers, worth stocking up on now? Or items you want to be sure to get before caps are taken off?

Pretty much common knowledge and I'm not a mod, so......

I just wanted to remind people that mods are human and they are checked up on.

.... as stated before, it's not a skill. I don't even think it's a mini-game. It's Runescape all over again, just everything has a different name and you do it in a dungeon instead of on land.

Jaggex reviews EVERY action pmods make. Their actions are monitored and scored, for lack of a better way of putting it. I'm sure that mod got a message about what is mutable and what isn't.
